1. We are a gratuity free space! Feel free to celebrate our pricing and honor great work by paying and then leaving a review!
2. We respect the value of time and so we will charge a 50% cancelation fee for all appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
3. We are committed to sustainable practices for the salon and so we price based on time. You will be quoted a price at the beginning of your service and we have the opportunity to give your verbal agreement at that time!
4. We want to see you! If you cannot make your appointment on time please show up anyway! We may not be able to fulfill the complete service but can find some way to to create value for the time we have left together!
5. We know sometimes we need to communicate outside of our appointment. Feel free to use the web portal for up to date appointment notes, pictures or urgent messages.
